Payments & Policies
A non-refundable deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due before ticket release or as per supplier deadlines.
Refunds follow the organizer/supplier policy. If non-refundable, we’ll try to assist with resale, date changes, or upgrades (case-by-case).
Bank transfer and major cards. For high-value or corporate bookings, staged invoices are available.

Yes 5-star stays, chauffeur/airport transfers, lounges, and on-ground assistance can be bundled with your package.
